i filed concurrently in june 2006 under eb3-no labor, now my company is willing to file eb2 with labor-now if the processing dates gets past june 2006 by the time my labor and i140 is approved, will i be okay to get the gc-is there any particular condition i need to satisfy, i am currently under ead and ap-just keep renewing them?
now it is going to be different lawyers-should i open to both of them?
