EB3 TO EB2 PD Transfer

Hello Attorneys and Gurus,

Got EB3 approved PD Oct 2003 now. I've I-140 approved by EB2 PERM(PD Nov 2005). When I asked my attorney to file for PD transfer from EB3 to EB2 he adviced me its little risky revoke the new I-140 and file the new I-140. He said he is getting queries like why 2 labor filling and things like that...

Please advice how risky it is do this transfer and should I go ahead with it.

Not risky, easy one

If your lawyer didn't know how to port priority date,what is need to pay money to him, get consul advice from good immigration lawyer.
