EAD & AP approved in Nov/2004.

Please post your details if filed in Sept 2004.
I have not seen a thread for Sept 2004 filed cases.
If there's already one please ignore.

EAD – approved on – 12/01/2004

I 140 – Last updated date – 09/17/2004
I 485 – Last updated date – 12/29/2004 (no new msg – guess mass update)

I hope it means they are working with your file now. I think it's a good sign.:)

Got emails from USCIS today regarding approvals for I140 and I485(self & spouse)
Here are my details again:
Labor PD : 12/21/2001 (own labor)
RD for I140/I485 (EB3 conc.) : 09/11/2004
FP done : 10/15/2004
EDA/AP approved : 10/30/2004
AD for I485 : 03/30/2005
AD for I140 : 03/30/2005

since the processing dates have moved to Oct 18 2004, whatz our current situation?
Any Sep filers got approved recently? or any RFEs?
how long do we need to wait before initiating an enquiry?

140/485 - ND 16 Sep 2004 - no LUD since FP on 485 - no LUD on 140 since filing

RFE Recd on 1-140

Just heard from the lawyers that an RFE was recd on my I-140
(minor RFE, they want the w-2 tax sheets)
Guess this means they have picked up my case for processing.
