How long will it take to get a green card with Eb3 ROW?
Also would it be hard to get Eb3 BS+0 approved?
 
EB3 B+0? I think we've only done maybe one of those and it would be difficult in that the company would have to tell the department of labor that there is not a single US worker possessing a Bachelor of Science degree who could fill the job which is highly unlikely.
The "ROW" is unpredictable at this time as it keeps moving back and forth and then that craziness last year when everything became current. Who knows what will happen next with the dates?
 
If you have an MBA you will probably be okay, but if the job does not need an MBA to satisfy it i.e. the people adjusting the PERM think it is over rated then it will be denied.
 
Job Zone on the DOL website is 4. But then for education requirement it says Masters Degree.
For reference the position is Market Research Analyst.
Think I will be ok?
