EB3 ROW Priority Date Current

Hi,

My PD is 1/25/2007 for EB3 ROW category. I have been current since the January 2013 Visa Bulletin. To this date, I still have not received any decision to my application.

On 2/5/2013, I submitted an e-Request on the USCIS website. I got a response on 2/13/2013 stating that my PD is current and that it will be processed within 90 days.

Its already been 3 months since I became current. Any suggestions on what I can do at this point?

When was your I-485 filed? Is your I-140 approved?

I-140 and I-485 were filed concurrently both with received date of 7/2/2007 on my notice.

I-140 was approved with notice date of 10/8/2008.
