EB3 Retrogress Approvals!????????????

I was getting little impatient :( :eek: :confused: :mad: , so thought of starting a new thread about the approval patterns for those who fall under Retrogress (EB3) category.
Please update this thread if you get approved or if you are in this category and waiting for approval with your PD Information.

Guys and Gals,

They couldn't approve my case under normal circumstances, I would be surprised if it gets approved before October. Anyway, my info is in the signature.

EB3 - Waiting for approval

EB3 India : PD - June 02, 2002 - Interview done at Phil in the month of April 2005 and they didn't approve my case because of PD.

Hi, I have question for you ? The LUDs you posted on your spouse's EAD were entered at the EAD (application) case status or at I-485 case?

We had been to Local INS , The officer took Signatures from both of us and finger print of the index finger from both of us.
And said we dont have visa numbers now.

the LUD were for the EAD application. also, i have updated my signature below for better clarity. good luck.

EB3 India : PD - Nov 2002 - Interview done at Charlotte in the month of March 2005 and they didn't stamp my PP because of visa number.

The officer said that she is approving(only verbal Approval... no written confirmation given) my case, and I need to wait for my Approval letter.
