Clearwater, Just a question!!

Have you received a receipt notice for I-485? because I didn't. USCIS had some technical problems during that time. Just curious...

I-485 RD 03/03/2003.
II FP Nov 29, 2004
No RFE

No LUD change since day 1.

I received the notice immediately (I think within two weeks) after filing 140 & 485. Check with your lawyer, they might have received the notice.

I know lot of people with RDs March/April received 2nd FPs in Nov/Dec. I think now they are processing Jan '03 cases, I hope we can expect our approavals in couple of months.

Hi guys,

Happy to let you know that my case has been atleast touched after almost two years of time. Just received an email saying on 8th we sent RFE for my case.

Spouse case not been issued any RFE.

I will keep you updated as soon as received the details.

My lawyer received the RFE for EVL and he is going to take care of that.

For now I am happy that I didn't receive RFE on any other issues.

RFE received

Today I received an email saying they received the response for RFE on 14th of Jan.

I heard they are on holiday today, may be it's automated message!

I am not sure when will I receive decision from them...
 
Finally approaved!!!

I am very happy to inform that I got approaval emails on 01/26/05. Waiting for official letters.

It's a journey of more than 3yrs...

Thanks everybody for your support all these years. This is an excellent platform to share and support immigration related issues.
