INS had indicated that PD\'s will remain currrent for FY 2002 i.e. till 09/02. My lawyer indicates that dates will be current for the next 4-5 years. Do not know where he got the info from. He is a reputed lawyer. Did anybody talk to ur lawyers about this? Please post ur info.
In the next few months we will see a lot of well deserved EB3 approvals and the EB3 quota will be used up rapidly. I have filed in DEC\'01 and by the time my file is taken up for final adjudication, it will be around OCT/NOV\'2002 (optimistic - at the current VSC INS pace). I hope the PD remains current as my PD is 02/20/2001. Is there any website where the information is posted on EB quota and how much has been used up etc.? Any info will be appreciated. Thanks!!.
