Hey Gurus,
Can we start tracking the activites of all EB3 cases with PD Jan 2002 to Dec 2002?
We can share any movement in our cases like FP, Biometrics, LUD something like that. We can approximately come to a conclusion that on what PD USCIS is working on.

Your approval must be around the corner (1st or 2nd week of Oct), Your PD was current some point of time. Now due to Visa # Unavailability your file will be in the final approval shelf. Could you tell us about the RFE?

The RFE for self was for Employment verification letter and G325A form since it was not filled properly while filing I-485.
For spouse all visa copy, passport copy, I-94 departure record, and G325A form.

Guys,
Looking at the replies for this thread clearly indicates that most of us either finished or scheduled for Biometric FP. Seems this is a good sign that we all get our approvals before the end of this year.

I got my FP done in Jan. 2005. Now I have received another notice asking for Biometrics. Does anyone else have this kind of experience? Please share the details.
