EB3 PD-Current Waiters: Please Read

After seeing approval patterns on this board and isn.org, its seems that the AVM message has not changed but people are receiving approval notices.
I guess the only way to know would be to talk to an IIO or receive notice thru mail.

Even though AVM may not be working correctly, I am assuming IIO\'s have access to accurate information. Anyone spoken with an IIO and were told that case is assigned to an officer and received notice?

  seen your message. Today i have seen a approval of EB3 / Aug 98 PD. HE also posted his AVM is updated with this status. For me still the message is 540 days. ( Pd is Jan 99 / EB 3 )

My attorney was told that my case has been assigned to an officer as of May 25th. I spoke on June 5th and the IIO said call back in 30 days if you don\'t hear anything.
AVM rolled back to 540 days instead of 0 days.

  I missed another statement from my prev message. Like Jpol said all thos people whose PD became current in June / message turned from 0 to 540 again might get approval notice by mail even though the status in AVM is not updated. Just a wild guess based on happenings.
