Hello,
My case March 2000 ND is approved yesterday 10/22/2001.
My dates were not current upto July 1st 2001.
I recd RFE for me employment letter and Immunization record for my wife.
The process was pretty smooth, though I had my share tensions in the process.
Left the sponsoring employer in July 1999 but my sponsoring employer was good and supported my 485 filing after agreeing to pay him for the process costs.
After I received RFE my attorney advised me to join the sponsoring employer for better chance, so I joined them again in Sep 2001 with the same client. During my whole 485 process I was not with my sponsoring employer, filed 485 with future employement letter. I took the chance and I was successful. From the beginning of 485 process my attorney told me to go back to sponsoring employer. Then AC21 came and then I became bold and continued to stay away from sponsoring employer until I recd RFE.

On Immitracker my ID is I485Waiting. Pls update, I forgot my pwd and dont know which Email ID i gave as reference there.
Thanks to Rajiv Khanna for providing us this forum to discuss and find out about our issues. I am a regular visitor to this site but made few positings with different IDs because next time I posted a message I used to forget previous id and pwd.
