Eb3 NSC Only - I-485 - No Nonsense Please!!!

EB-3, NSC
Labor PD: 4/30/2001
Labor AD: 1/03/2007 (yes, waited for almost 6 years)
I-140 AD: 3/07/2007
I-140 AD: 8/23/2007 (reg.)
I-485 RD: 3/07/2007
I-485 AD: ??? (did an infopass early this week, according to IO, my background check has been completed, just waiting for my RD to be current)

I went to InfoPass on Sep 18 and the IO looked up in the system and told me that FP and NC are cleared although I did not see any LUD's on my I-485 after FP. It looks like the FP database and NC database are on 2 seperate databases. I asked about FP and the IO looked up in the system and said that FP cleared and I immediately asked him about NC and he said "let me get out of here looking at the screen" (talking to himself) and then entered into another database and looked up my NC and said it cleared too.

I then asked him what else is holding up my case from adjudication if everything is cleared, he said my PD is probably not current (which was the case).

nmolleti,
How do you know about your NC cleared?
Please let me know.
Thanks,

Any guesstimates how many 245(i) applications could be there in pending I485 queue (those were filed with APRIL 30th 2001 deadline, which are considered against EB3 category)?
I am trying to understand how long EB3 will take to move beyond 2001/2002 years.

Guys,

I've been following (go figure!) the 485 approval trend in trackitt; and I see a big disparity between the EB3 and EB2 numbers (in fact, lately is almost 10 EB2 per 1 EB3). Any theories of what's going on? (Not to mention the difference between TSC and NSC).
