Good NewsAkhil, thanks for pointing it out. I was leaving for home and in a hurry so made that honest mistake...anyway, its fixed now.
And IndoAmerican...Yes, I wanted to mislead you....my intentions were very bad. I was upto no good. I wanted your tiny brain to explode with confusion when you saw different dates in the subject and body of my post. Fucking moron.
How did I get that url? Well, its quite simple and obvious. I noticed a pattern in the url for visa bulletins. They usually increment the last number in the url by a small amount. Its always random but never too much or too low (around 20-30). And every month, if I get the time or if I am interested, starting 7-8th...I go through the next 30 or so numbers by manually editing the url and seeing if anything shows up. These guys usually post the bulletin a few days or just a few hours before updating the main link.
Feb's bulletin ended with 2771.html, so this time I was trying from 2780.html upto 2800.html. Tried it in the morning...nothing. But just when I was wrapping up my work, I went through the numbers again and bam...there it was. Frankly, this is the first time I timed it right.
Now, the only thing is April Bulletin should be Jan 2002 and May bulletin should be Jan 2003, otherwise, I am still in a pickle.
