I am waiting for my approval.

Anybody around this time fram and waiting for approval?

Please share your experience.
 
Change of employment

Hello Friends;

When we should inform the change of job after 180 days ? Is there any problem if we change the residence after changing the job and while waiting for approval ?

Can I apply for EAD renewal on my own ?

RE:Change of employment

1.For change in job, law does not states to inform INS, but they might issue RFE for that, I would suggest wait and watch.
2.INS does not allow to forward there mails, so expect some delay to get your copy. Meanwhile they send letter to your lawer also, you can use that. There is form (AR 11) that you can send to INS to update change of address.
3. Yes, you can apply to your EAD renewal on your own.

It appears..

..that INS is processing LIN 01 169 now per this forum. Hopefully we will all sail through comfortably - without RFE\'s. B.T.W anybody with LIN # (before) 01 - 169 still waiting?
