EB3 Labor Substitution 485 approved

Folks,

My 485 was filed April 2003 with a labor substitution. Since my case is approved today. It leads me to believe that they take the priority date of the labor rather than the 140 date.

quick question ....

There is a "Priority Date" field on the 485 receipt notice ... what does it say for you in that ?

Am also a Labor Sub and for me that field is just blank -- so I have no idea what the heck my P.D is ....

Can you check yours and let me know ?
Also if its blank for you, is there a way you can find out the P.D ? (maybe ur lawyer ?)
