EB3 India Message Changed to RFE

Hi
  I heard yesterday on the automated message that a letter has been sent requesting for evidence. I do not know the details of the letter. I intend to call INS today and find out what it is to get a head start. My Details are:

485 Receipt Date 1/15/99
FP 5/25/1999
FP approved on 5/22/2000
RFE 9/5/2000
