Automated message was not updated as of yesterday. Spoke to IIO this morning and received the good news that the I485s for my spouse, two kids and myself were approved. It took a couple of redials and less than a 10 minute wait time before I got through to an IIO. This is the first time I have called. The IIO was very courteous and pleasant and it was pleasure talking to him.

No RFEs. Company name change during I140. Birth certificates for self and spouse, and marriage certificate issued by the Indian Embassy.

Indian Embassy? I also used the same and worried about getting an RFE.

Hello Gaurav,

The following certificates were issued by the Indian Embassy:
1. Birth certificate for self
2. Birth certificate for spouse
3. Marriage certificate

We too were terribly worried about getting an RFE for these certs. Fortunately, that was not the case.

Do we have anyone else here who used the birth certificate from
the consulate? If yes then did u get approved with RFE or Without RFE.
