LUD on I-485 Today, Why?

I saw a LUD today on my I-485. My PD is not current. Done FP in last July (2008) for EAD. Got EAD last July (2008) for two years. Got Parol last December (2008). Now what?

Case detail:
EB3 India
PD: April 2002
Labor: Approved in March 2007
I140 + I485 filed in Jul 2007
RD: AUG 13 2007
FP: Nov 2007
I140: Approved in March 2008
Waiting I485 Approval
 
Very Bad news for Eb3 Guys !!! No Visa available from May 2009.

Chance are we can get GC April 2009. if we get it.
Hope for the best .. otherwise wait till OCt 2009......

My case is very close to yours as far as PD etc are concerned. I recently got RFE on my birth date. What is your latest status/

Our case is denied...cause previous employer revoked 140.They didn't check our previous AC21 docs.We submitted MTR.

Hi Delicateone,

Did your I485 status also get changed to something different? In my case I got an LUD on my I485 case with status showing transfer of the case from TSC to NSC (this happened after 8-9 months). I want to know if this is happening with all the cases.

Got LUD on I-485

I got LUD on my I-485 on 4/28 and then nothing. Perhaps it's just a scan through in the system, not sure! Anyone saw same thing with their case?

Hi GCOnly,

I just got back from my infopass apt. and the lady there said that my backgroud check was cleared and the file is under review. I haven't been active for a long time and just saw an LUD on my case dated 4/21/09 whereas she told me that someone looked at my file on 4/27/09.

Guys please throw some input. Any ideas what this might mean. When i went to processing times it shows that TSC is processing cases with RD july 31 07 and mine is Aug. 2 , 2007. Is there any hope?

which date do they use for 485

Hi guys,

Does anyone know which dt they use for 485 processing. Is it the receipt dt or PD?

Please anyone post a reply to this, I know its a complicated situation.

I got RFE and was answered.
In case if my case gets rejected what should I do?

If so how long can I stay in USA before I need to leave?
What are the other options I do have to continue here.

If any one can asnwer this, I really appreaciate it.

140 - Approved 05/03/2007 - No RFE
EAD/AP/485 @ NSC: RD: 08/09/2007, ND: 08/23/2007
Finger Prints given - 10/10/2007
First EAD/AP - Approved, given for 1 year - 11/01/2007
Applied EAD - Approved 10/22/2008 for 2 Yrs.
RFE on I-485: Mailed on 09/28/2009

My wife case is pending in Texas Service Center. We filed her case as follow to join petition during July 2007 and it has been sitting there due to retrogression. PD is Oct 2001. I hope her case might have pre-adjudicated and needs a visa number for approval. But status shows it is still under initial review.

Mine is EB3
Labour filed on OCT 2002,
485 filed on April 2004.

I think it may take long time before getting approval
