How is this happening? My PD is 4/97, EB3 India with RD 9/99, and ND 10/99. There is a colleague of mine whose PD is 10/96 and RD/ND are 10/99. None of us have got FP notices - all VSC. Just what the hell is going on there?

There are lots of people with RD/ND in the range of 09/99 and 02/00, who are waiting for FP to be done. I am in the same boat. My ND 12/99, EB2, India.

This is very Strange!! On one hand some people here claiming that they spoke to IIO and VSC has stopped issueing FP notice to INDIA/CHINA applicants unless their PD is current and now here you are claiming that u have PD 08/98, EB3, RD/ND 03/2000 and you got FP notice!!!?? I don\'t know what is going on, all I can say is it is very frustrating!! I think some people are here just playing games!!

We trust in each other. My PD 10/96, RD 10/99, ND 11/99, EB3 India, no FP yet. I am not sure what is happening and checking for any way we can get this to INS by any other channel to see what they are trying to do? What I heard from this forum is FP expires in one year, in that case 8/98 PD people have to redo their FP once they become current. Does INS do this in order to put in record the amount of application they process and on the other hand slow down the number of immigrants.
