Hey everybody,
I have filed my I140 and opted for CP. My EB3 receipt date is July 2003. Unfortunately the I140 dates came to 6/30/2003 and were pushed back to 10/10/2002 which is same as EB3.
Does anybody know how much time this could take? I see lot of messages posted on this board that EB3 is faster than EB2 for VSC. Why do you think so if the processing dates are same (10/15/2002 for both EB2 and EB3 as of today).
