Hi Gurus,
I am a new guy in this forum who is going to apply labor in next coming months.
My attorney's have said they are going to process my case in EB3, due to my lack of 3-4 months experience for total 5 year experience. They have excluded my 1 year US experience with my current employer. I would like to know is this exclusion is a normal practice and If i change my employer and process GC thru changed one, can i account this one year and finally what will be the future for INDIANS in EB3 Category ? Please suggest me an Idea to proceed with.

Thanks
Suresh

Per current situation Eb3 is better than EB2.

Too many people applied in EB2 and it got chocked now for India.

No cut off dates available for EB2 now and until Oct 2006. For EB3 atleast cut off date is 2001.

I might be missing something but... If you have EB-2 compatible LC you still may file I-140 in EB-3 category, right? So, why EB2 is worse than EB-3?

Definitely, for EB-2 NIW this way doesn't work, but they can also file regular LC with their current employer.
What have I looked over?
