EB3 filing at TSC discussion only post here

As per October bulletin i am far away(15 months beyond--july 2002) to current date.Even i am not expecting my GC in 2008.Please any one with same situation please post your thoughts.

My case detail:

Substitute labor PD: July, 2002 (EB3)
I-485/I-140 EAD and AP application send on =2 July, 2007
Receipt date(140/485/EAD/AP): 08/31/2007
FP notice date: 09/05/2007

Any body got EAD from TSC for August notice dates ?

Today my EAD got approved(Also my spouse),looks there are no problems with sub labors.

EAD approved:09/21/2007

EB3,2001 Apr 20th Priority date cleared 485(Some XYZ person).They are processing as per the bulletin.So i hope dates will move in next bulletin.
