EB3 eligibility for Bsc computers + 8 years experience

Hi,

I have a B.Sc(Computers) (3 years batchlors degree) degree with 8 yrs of experience. I have done a 1 year computer dimploma from a local computer training institute during my 3 year B.Sc.

i) Is B.Sc + 1 year dimploma + 8 years of experience qualifies me for EB3? If qualified, do you think of any other issues during the life cycle of the GC process?

ii) Can I use my 1 year dimploma from a local training institute (not a famous institute like NIIT in India) in the overall GC process at all?

iii) what will be my chances for EB2?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

EB3 sure. Do not go for Eb2
