EB3 CP while living in India

Who has filed the GC? You or your wife?
Remember when your GC is approved thru cp, you / your wife whoever has primarily filed the gc application will need to start working with the company who has filed the gc on your behalf!
Well this is an open ended question and not sure where to start? If you have specific questions then they can be answered but a question such as tips/ suggestions one would not know where to start!

The GC is filed by my wife's employer who want's her to work once it is approved, we are in India for about two years now, almost completed my two year's J-1 waiver requirement.
My question is: Are there any hurdles in our case since she is presently in India with me (We were in US for about six years and she was then working for that company, H-1 by the company, RIR, labor approved and now awaiting I-140 approval - EB3)
My second question after stating the above is:
What/ which documents shall we collect, any procedures to be done during our present wait (CP requested in Mumbai)

Theoretically, it shouldn't be a problem that your spouse is not presently working for the company. The interview may be tricky, so be prepared!
You will need all the standard documents that you everyone normally takes. Read numerous postings on that topic in the CP forum for a list of documents. Make sure that the employment letter is recent.
