Mine is Concurrent Filing with Labor Substitution

Receipt Dates:

I-140 Dec 5 2002
I-131 Dec 5 2002
I-765 Dec 5 2002
I-485 Dec 5 2002


No notices/approvals received yet.

They still are in October

EB3s processing was on 10/9/02 last June 15, but ou can apply for an iEAD at the local BCIS office.

I-140 - July 1, 2002
I-765 - October 28, 2002
I-131 - October 28, 2002
I-485 - October 28, 2002

AD - ????

Still Waiting for decision.

TSC is processing October for I-140s. You I-140 ND is in July.
How is it that your I-140 has not been approved? Did you receive any communication from TSC at all?

RD: FEB 12, 2003 For Following,

I140, I131,1765, I485 FOR ME
NO NOTICE SO FAR,

I131,I765,I485 FOR MY WIFE,
FP NOTICE RECEIVED ON JUN 24,2003.

Anyone knows the logic for FP notices after applying for concurrent?
I mean, how come some people get FP notices and others dont, even before I-140 is approved?

I765,131 and 485 were filed for me and my wife.

I got my finger printing notice in January 2003 but not for my wife.

Got my finger printing done on Janyaru 14th 2003.
Since then no notices and no updates.
