EB3 company name change, HOLD removed and given to IIO.

Was put on hold since April, b\'cus of company name change and checked with INS last monday (6/25) and came to know that my case is not on hold anymore. It has been assigned to an officer. Anyone has any idea of how long it takes from here.
IIO said to me that it might take approx 30-45 days to hear anything.

And not to mention, This site has been a tremendous help with all the helpful info in this topic.

kdr, thanks for this info. Even I called the VSC last Thursday and was told the same. My case also has been assigned to an officer on June 19th and I was told to wait for 2-3 weeks. I believe,once the case is with an officer, we should hear something within the 30 days. Good luck.

I read somewhere the officer with your case has to make a decision within 30 days.There are some cases that took just one week for approval..So all that is left is pray..and hope.Good Wishes

Also, I thought this info would be helpful for other as well.
My 140 and 485 co names are different.
