Like What Country, RD & ND as MM/DD/CCYY not just MM/YY. Because I am also EB3, INDIA, RD- 12/06/1999 and ND- 01/06/2000 waiting to hear from them for my 2nd FP as my first one expired on 08/05/2001.

2)Did u talk to congressman/senator. Did it help?
