EB3 Case Approved today (12/07)

Got the magic e-mail today around 01:30 PM EST.

My status e-mail says : "Card Production Ordered"
Wife's status e-mail says : "Approval Notice Sent"

Contacted Senator's office in March 2007 about pending name check. They sent me a letter stating that my name check
was cleared on 10/15/2007 some time in November.

Contaced TSC in the beginning of Novemver using POJ method. IO suggested me to fax a letter to TSC director.
Faxed a letter to TSC Director on 11/09/2007 requesting him to look into my case.

yeah.. this is the height of anticipation to get approved after waiting for so many years. and it makes more of it when you see and hear others who get approved who applied much later in both PD and RD dates..

I fully agree with you. Probably because I am eagerly waiting for the dates to move, my brain registered 2/8/2001 as Aug 2, 2001 and I was mighty thrilled that Aug 2001 cases are being processed. I guess it happens when your PD is
