EB3 : April 2001 to Dec 2002

I-140/I-485 concurrently filed
I-140 approved, I-485 LUD Said received 1/28/06 :eek: Got to call them about that, obviously.
 
Maintain a List

Why don't we maintain a list for everyone who is EB3 with priority dates between 2001 and 2002. I think there is no point in just posting individual information which cannot serve any purpose.

I have added my information in the attached .xls file. I hope everyone will add their information in PD order and maintain it for future reference.

I-485 - Not Applied due to retrogression
 
so far 29 records in the excel file

you guys can just input your info there, and I will update the excel file every day/other day.

if everyone update the excel file, it would miss somebody's input...

EB-3 (China):

1. PR: Aug. 2002
2. LC approved Feb. 2003
3. I-140 filed Feb. 2003 and approved Dec. 2003
4. I-485 filed together with I-140 Feb. 2003
4. Already provided 3 finger prints, the last one was August 2005
5. Additional evidence requested (an employment certification letter) Dec. 2004 and received by USCIS Jan. 2005.

Since Jan. 2005, no information whatsoever, except for the August 2005 finger print notice.

damn it, i mean DAMN IT!
