Guys:

I would like to start this thread just like there is an EB2 thread. One thread to track all EB3 cases is a lot better than tracking multiple ones. Lets post latest developments in this thread. My EB3 details can be found in my signature.

What was the latest EB3 approval that anyone has seen from NSC?

It seems like NSC has no EB3 pending cases to approve. Of late, they have been issuing large number of RFE's of I-485 pending cases. Creating work for themselves.
 
LOL. Well, I know mine is stuck there and I am sure there are many like me in that boat. Lets see who posts their approval here and when!

There are plenty of EB3 cases, how many are current is the question. Mine will be current in June.

Yes, there would be no EB3 pending cases before pd: march 2001
 
Hi Guys,
I am the potential candidate for getting RFE. My case has lots twists and turns right from the beginning. Still hanging in there. Currently all 2002 and 2003 cases are getting RFEs. Not sure any one with 2001 PD got RFE or not?
If you guys know please post it here. The saw couple of posts which got RFE after one month of their FP. See my signature for details.

With the new bill passing it looks like the PD dates may move couple of months and you may become current. I was wondering what pattern is considered to send RFE's. Does that mean that these applications are in queue for approval once the RFE is done.
Can we assume all earlier applications are all set or are they pending name check or security check?

Your signature shows FP3-06/2006 . Have you received FP3 notice recently which is due on 06/2006 ?

Yes I just received the FP3 notice scheduled for June 10th 2006
I dont think it means anything.....just a waste of gas commuting to Detroit.

Be optimistic. :D Possible that EB3 India PD will go over PD-12/07/01 in coming 1 or 2 months. Check the link below where I had told about Gullu's (EB3 worldwide) PD . Now you see EB3 worldwide is July 2001 which was stuck in May 2001 for long time. ;) :rolleyes:
