eb3 485 approval qustion

Is the EB3 485 approval on hold for every body ?
I heard a rumor.
My PD june 2003.
140 Approved May 2005

July to October, no 485 approvals...October '05 next fiscal year starts....

the quota for 2005 is exhausted and on sept 15th 2005 we will find out who all may be considered for I485 approval when the nos for 2006 are released. Untill then it is snooze time. However they might still continue to look at your application and issue rfe but they wont approve it
