Just applied for NIW EB2 (physician) based 140 and 485s for me and spouse to Texas Service Center, applications arrived on 10/15/07 and checks already cashed on 10/19/07. Sounds kind of quick to me by USCIS standards, but OK with me ! Any correlation that the 140/765 (EAD) will be approved soon? Any thoughts, folks?

I applied NIW (EB2 Physician) on July 1st, 07.
I got my EAD on Sep 5th and AP on Sep 14th, 07.

Hi my J-1 waiver was approved last month and I just recieved my H-1 last week will be starting y job in 2 weeks.. Can you please twll me whats the procedure for NIW waiver- EB2 physisician ... what will I need from my employers and can u briefly tell me the procedure please .. Is it possible to apply it on my own .

To start with - you need a NIW support letter from either the state health dept/ VA, etc and either a 5 year contract/ 3 year contract + practice plan.
