Eb2 ?

My lawyer is insting me to file my case in EB2 category as I do qualify for this.
My concern is EB2 is really slow current processing is Nov2003 for VSC.

But Lawyer says coming year the rules will change and EB2 will be faster too..

How true is he ? Shud I go for EB2 or EB3 ? Lawyer is waiting for me reply..

Better go with EB2 if you qualify.
EB3 485 going to see quota system from Jan 2005 for India,china and Philippines bourn people.

This is just my openion.

Go with EB2. There is a looooooong waiting line in EB3.
