If you planned in Jan, then not filing is good by looking at the approvals since couple of days...

I was not too optimistic till now. as I have gone through this delay at all the stages of GC. At the state, federal and BECs then 140 and the then the retrogresssion and this transfer.....

Now with all the earliar filed WOM's, they atleast started working on the old cases and with the priority date order...

I think its matter of few weeks to months for us now...

Keep the spirit up...

I agree. I wasn't suggesting the WoM route, nor would I suggest that. va_lc, thanks for the positive affirmation..I think you're right on...its only a matter of time before we get to the end of this tunnel.
