EB2/VSC getting tensed up - any timelines?

I am an EB2 Category applicant.

Finished Labor (Receipt date Sep 17, 2001, Approved November 2003)
Finished I-140 (Receipt Dec 2003, Approved July 2004).
I-485 applied for (Receipt date Feb 17, 2005)

FP (Code 3) completed for self and wife on March 16, 2005 and our applications on BCIS site show last updated date as March 17, 2005. (Daughter's FP being awaited for.)

Any Timelines anyone?

All applications to Vermont - only FP at Boise, ID - this is where I stay.

Only worry - current employer is NOT the applying organization - Immediate Previous Employer (IPE) is. Left IPE in Feb 2004. Have been advised that IPE with an affidavit that "applicant's position is expected to be revived in our organizaton" can apply and pursue I-485 for me - which is being done. Left IPE cordially. I am paying all expenses including lawyer's fees.

Worried about AC21 and timelines.

Any reassurance is most welcome.

I-140 is already approved.

Thanks for the reassurance - "Do not Worry" - means a lot to me!

Since I-140 is already approved, I do not keep track of that application and hence I do not know of any "LUD" for that application.

No RFE till date.

EAD Approved today March 25

Just checked up that my EAD has been approved today March 25 after fingerprinting on March 16 and LUD of March 17.

PHEW!
