EB2 to EB5 - Advantages and Disadvantages

Hi,
I'm currently on H1B with priority date of Aug 2016 under EB2 category. I see that there is a change in recently for EB5 visa programme.I wanted to know the pros and cons of the programme along with the risks if we move to EB5. Does it really makes sense to apply for EB5 programme?
