EB2 Sept 22, 03 I485 Approved for me/spouse!!

Hi guys,

If you recall my I140 was approved in Nov 04, 1st week. (my labor was filed in may 03, RIR; I 140 and 485 NDs: sept 22, 03)

2 weeks later, my wife got an Rfe on 485 for Birth cert.
Rfe response was rec'd by NSC on dec 7.
And today, both our 485 s have been approved, rec'd emails.

Any questions are welcome.

Come2papagc, The LUD changed for my wife's 485 after they rec'd the rfe response. No change on my 485 at all since the ND, sept 22. 03.

What details did you send for the birth certificate query?
Can you please share with us?

the rfe wrt my wife's BC was: the BC did not have her mother's name and NSC asked for any document which includes both father's and mother's name (the BC we submitted initially was dated Aug 03, as my wife did not have the BC taken at her time of birth: but luckily that seems to be okay with NSC)


We got a new BC (dated nov 04) from the municipal office containing both the names.
Also included 3 affidavits : of father, mother and uncle.
