It's ok.

When you file your 1-140, though, your company should state that it had/has requisite funds to pay you the EB2 salary. your company should send its W2s, bank statements, asset details, etc to prove it had the ability to pay you the salary. This ability should date back to the date of your GC application, LC I mean.
