Can\'t believe it. Earlier today (11:45 AM)I posted a note in which I had altercations with the IIO regarding my case. The IIO named Branda won\'t even look into my case. She was stubborn at her point that VSC is processing Nov. 15, 1999 cases and so my case will take around six months from now.
In the evening I checked the AVM and was surprised to find that my case has been approved. My wife son and daughter cases have also been approved today.
Here are the details:
Country: My Great country India.
PD 22nd Feb. 1999.
I-485 RD - 12/29/1999.
I-485 ND - 01/18/2000.
Finger print date 03.14.2001.
Wife\'s finger printing date 03.17.2001 as she could not make it on 14th.
No finger printing for son and daughter as they are below 14.
Approval date - 04.11.2001. (Exactly 4 weeks from the date of finger printing.)
Came to USA on F1 in 1994. Did my MS in Engineering and Comp. Science.
Joined the present company on Nov. 1997 on PT. Changed to H1 on Oct. 1998.
My PT expired on Sep. 1998 and there was a gap of 15 days between PT and H1. Processed Green Card through same company.
No company name change. Pretty much straight forward case. Lawyer - Mr. Rajiv Khanna.
Very excited tonight and will have difficulty to sleep.
Listened to the AVM 3 times to make sure it is correct.
I had been an avid reader of this site since I started my GC and will miss you all.
This site was a great meeting place where all of us expressed our frustration, sorrow and happiness. Even though never met each other, there was a common bonding which pulled us together to stay alive suring such tough days.
I wish all of you waiting that you get the approval sooner than you are expecting. Bhagwan sab ka bhala karega.
