EB2(RIR) before july 31st,2001

Looks like TSC has forgot about EB2 cases

Lets write letter to TSC, INS & congressmen.

Who know long some of us will hang there.

Did anybody Check AVM Yesterday? I checked it but no change but Strangely MiamiFl\'s Case(EB2-RIR) was approved testerday with ND AUG 02 2001.

and not Aug 2..This is the weirdest thing I have seen in months..

Wrote to congressman and got reply

Hi,
 I wrote to my area congressman and got a standard reply letter stating that after doing the required investigation they have found that the TSC is currently processing cases after Apr 10th..What a shocker!!!
 
Hi TexasLucky,

Are you in Atlanta area? To which Congressman you wrote? TSC might have informed him that they are still processing April 10th Cases. Did you inform him about July, August Approvals?. He should know the pattern of TSC\'s Greatest processing. Hope he can do something, at least not for us, for future filers. They should not face this type of stupid things. If it is Lottory Game, we can say that it depends upon your luck, not for Greencard Processing.

I m in Houston

Hi,
 I am in Houston and had not written about July and Aug approvals. I think the greatest satisfaction is that he called. He cannot anything other than that. The TSC officers are not bothered about their jobs..u think they give a hoot to the congressmen?

All that we are doingis for futire filers only..Even if we get ours tomorrow, we still waited for 6-8 months which itself is excess
 
Finally talked to TSC IIO just a moment ago

After taking 1 hour from work and dialing for 1 hour from 3pm to 4pm,

I finally got through the phone system at 3:59pm. Probably the last caller accepted for the wait to talk to an IIO. 15 minutes later, the phone was answered. My case went to an officer on Feb. 12th. The IIO said a decision should be made anytime soon. Finally after 10 months some news on my case.

i wish you all the luck

with eb2 and the period you have waited I think you deserve it. some of the jhonnies come lately with eb3 have received in less than 5 months.

Talked to IIO Just now.....

And she told that my case had been assigned to an Officer on Feb 14th,2002 and I should get some info on or before March 08th, 2002.

Hi Naanshi, tell me about your experience of talking with IIO,What time did you call them? what was the Hold time? and most importantly are they co-operative? I am thinking of calling TSC tommorrow.

Hi Texy,

My wife called yesterday(02/19/02) at 12:10 PM. After waiting for 40 minutes, she could talk to the IIO. Yeah, IIO was helpful. IIO answered all the questions my wife asked.

One more EB2-RIR with RD 27TH JULY AND ND AUG 3rd got approved today.
TSC has not yet set its calendar correctly

Folks,

I just heard(AVM) that my case has been approved on 02/19. That\'s really a good news. I am waiting for this news for about 9 months...That\'s lot of waiting. Any way, I wish everyone GOOD LUCK!
