Hi Guys,
My case has been approved! I earlier had posted that I had an RFE but it was posted on behalf of my cousine. His case is still pending. This is a great forum and excellent source of Info. Good Luck to all of you! I've applied for I485 together with I 140. Only god knows, when I485 would be approved. I signed several petitions hoping it makes a difference!!!

Enjoy your time. who knows you may get lucky with I485... there was one approval with RD in December 2002.


The official EB2 I140 time is way behind, I guess it is just to cover up. There is a wide spread of RDs between June 2002 to March 2003 who have seen approvals without RFE. Ofcourse there are some lucky souls who got RFEs and I140 approval within 3 to 6 months.
