EB2 qualifications - Urgent

Hi Guru,
My job title is Architect. Will i be able to qualify for EB2.If processed from Vermont, how much time it will take for GC. I have 4 years left on my H1.

If I'm not mistaken. You can qualify for EB2 if your job required Bachelor with 5 yrs or Master with 0 exp.

Do you have AIA and state license to practice as Architect.

If you do not have one, you may not qualify as Architect. BUt qualify in different job title.

Architect come under - Professional category. If you have license youcome under EB2 without any experience.

I am a software architect. Sorry for that. ANy idea on processing timeline for Vermont?
