EB2 Qualification

Hi,

I am having Masters and 8 years exp, but my current job role requries Bachelors and 5 years of exp, will I qualify for EB2.

If the job requirement (job Description) calls for Bachelors plus 5 years of progressive work experience it is EB2
Note i am not an attorney, do your own research, just an opinion

For atleast EB3 you have cut of date 2001, for EB2 now it totally clogged.
No dates available as of Aug 1, 2006 .
