EB2 processing timelines

I am a New bee to this. I have some questions, kindly help me out.
1. Is there a significant difference in timeline for EB2 (Indian Citizen, MS+4years exp.) processing between different US states, ply. between Florida and Utah ?
2. Would I qualify for processing dates under my spouses country of citizenship(malaysia) under cross chargability ?? If yes, at what stage? And, does processing happen any quicker for malaysian citizens compared to indian citizens?

Yes, Malaysia processes is considered to be in the "other" category and you would qualify for cross-chargability at the I-485 level.

EB2 processing would vary between Florida and Utah - but remember, it is based on the company location where you would be working (ex., if the company is headquartered in Florida but you are outsourced to another branch, you would still be under Florida.) Florida would be the Atlanta processing center, which generally is a longer processing time. Utah would be the Chicago processing center, which from history is faster to process. However, you are not talking a large gap in between the two - maybe a few months difference maximum.
