EB2 & PERM

My lawyer has put me to a JOB TITLE which comes under JOB ZONE 5 and SVP Range of 8.0 and above (Engineering Manager). The qualification that he has cited is 5 years experience plus a Bachelors in Civil Engineering.

Am I eligible for EB2?.

Also we have just filed for a prevailing wage from NY DOL. Would I be getting a Level 1 wage or would it be more ?.The requirements for the JOB is exactly similar to the one that we have on onercenter, no special skills/licences required ,Bachelors + 5 years exp

Any help is highly appreciated.

MS degree+4 years experience

I have a MS degree+4 years experience.
I plan to file LC ( EB2)using Perm.

I heard that " business necessity" can cause troule under perm.

Does my situation require "business necessity" ?
