I am a Software Engineer in Mobile, AL in a medium size firm (strength 200 employees).

I am a Masters Graduate from USA University.
My current Salary is 51K.

My job can be best suitable in category- 15-1031 Computer Software Engineers, Applications

I want to do EB2 PERM application. Please let me know if its possible.

I will really appreciate if someone can suggest me a good attorney who has done EB2 PERM cases for Software Professionals. Please

If your company willing to pay Level 3 salary 60+K you will qualify for EB2.
 
The EB2 salary is $64,002 year ... right? so company will have to agree to pay $64,002+ year after getting green card... Please confirm.

Also.. do I have to check H12- NO (Sun nessecity as YES) to get EB2 PERM labor approved as a Software Engieer.

Please reply. Its urgent for me.

I would recommend to request prevailing wage from DOL for the postion before applying (to make sure the salary after GC is >= PW)
Unless your attorney is confident enough about PW

You have to put " YES". Job requirement is normal for Level 3.

LEVEL 2 or LEVEL 3 or MS + 0 years exp.

oh!. Actually my attorney told me that, Masters + 0 years experience can fall in LEVEL 2 category and not in level 3!. Can someone confirm this?
Also, he justed that showing current salary is a better idea, over showing future one. I do not know exactly why? does anyone has same kind of information?
Btw my company is 20 years old, with approx 200 employes.

EB-2 for s/w engineer

MS+0 is NOT normal for software engineer. MS is not normal for s/w engineer- consult ONET web-site. Rajiv Khanna's office is of the opinion that BS+5 is fine for software engineer except it does exceed SVP 7. Bottomline - for a s/w engineer position to qualify as eb-2 you need "business necessity". Also I hear MS+0 is risky I hear since the company requires 0 years of experience.
