EB2 PERM Approved through TECHGENE!!!

Hello All,

I got the approval of PERM under EB2 category with Techgene Solutions based in Dallas. Here are the details.

Date Filed on 22nd Jun 2005
Approved on 13th July 2005

PERM EB2 Question

Hi tg2005,

My employer says that to apply for PERM.. we need to place an AD 30 days.?? thats what he said.. and also.. one more question i have .. i need to appy in EB2.. but when i joined my EMP i have 4 yrs and under this EMP 1 yr.. so will this count as 5 yrs..?? please let me know

No, a labor appln with current employer will generally have qualifications that you had prior to joining your current employer and you can't include the current employer's experience.
 
Online or regular mail application?

Did you apply online or through regular mail?? May I know what is your exp., quali. and area of work. Just wanted to find if it matches my profile since I have also applied in EB2. I have 7 yrs. exp. in IT with Masters degree.
