EB2 or EB3 ?

Since EB2 and EB3 became current in June ? During approval is there any preference given to EB2 over EB3 cases ? Is there any different Q for eb2 and eb3 once I-485 is filed ?

EB2 or EB3 or EB 1makes no difference..but

priority dates maybe a factor...older dates gets process first...at least thats my observation

When cases are received by INS

I-485 cases are processed by receipt date. Priority date will only become a factor if the priority dates retrogress.
