Any advice will be appreciated regarding my fresh green card process:

1995-97 - Studied in India equivalent of US BBA (Major: Computer Information Systems)
1997-02 - Worked in India as software developer
2003-05 - Studied in the UK equivalent of US MBA (General)
2005-08 - Worked in the UK as a software developer

"Concerned" is right. Your employer should contact an attorney to discuss your credentials. What was your H-1B filed under? That is a good place to start with determining what the requirements would be for the PERM position. And where are you getting the 'equivalency' information? If you deem it to be equivalent it's irrelevant, it must be deemed equivalent by a licensed educational evaluation company, and even then, it is only an opinion that USCIS may not always accept.
