How can I find whether my PERM was filed as an EB2 or EB3? How does it matter during the I140 stage ?
Can some one's I140 get rejected because immigration thinks one doesnt qualify for EB2 even though his PERM is approved?
I have a Bachelors in Mechanical Engg, with 9 years of IT experience. Does this makes me qualify for EB2?
Also If a PERM is approved, does the question of it being valid arises in later stage of GC viz. I140 or I485 ?
